The Truth About Concerts.

So before July 5 I had never been to a concert as completely crazy as this one.
It was definitely a new and ridiculously awesome experience.
 Foster The People completely rocked my world.
But this post isn't about that...it's about the truth about concerts..and maybe even a warning.

• Unless you are in the very very very very front, you are not safe. Even then it can be risky.
• Being civil does not apply at concerts.
• People will be crazy maniacs and try to get in between you, by you, in front of you, on you, and even under you.
• If you wear your brand new cream ruffly shirt, it will be black by the end of the night.
• Everyone will continually be shoving and pushing..so don't expect it to stop.
• The moment you think you couldn't be anymore squished..you get more squished.
• If you spend 2 hours getting ready...just don't. You will come out of there looking like a soaking wet animal...from other peoples sweat.
• If you have long hair it will end up in peoples armpits, stuck on peoples arms, and get pulled more than 8329 times.
• You will be so hot and sweaty you could totally pee your pants if you wanted to and it wouldn't make a difference.
• You will probably see 2-3 girls pass out due to severe dehydration and hotness.
• Boys will take off their shirts...and not even the hot ones. More like the hairy nasty ones and they'll stand right behind you and will move/slip across your back and you will want to cry and throw up.
• There will be times when you questions if feeling that nasty and squished for a band is even worth it...and it is.
• If you choose to throw gum on the floor by the boy who is driving you nuts...it will end up on your shoes. Karma.
• Gravity occasionally is too strong, therefore, you will loose your balance multiple times and feel like death.
• There will be moments when you can lift your feet off the ground and still be in the same position because you are so so smooshed together.
• If you think someones legs are in between yours, check again, it will be a girls head.
• Your body will end up in so many positions you didnt even think were possible.
• When you look behind you/beside you a new person will be there 2/3 times.
• Some people are mean and some people rock.
• There will never be a time that you will want to take your clothes off so badly.
• Water will seem like the best creation in the entire planet and when a security guard brings watter bottles out? It will seem equivalent to a a bunch of zombies trying to get to humans.
• If you try and take a picture of Mark Foster when he is 8 inches away from you in the crowd, you will drip your phone and a girl will help you catch it with your stomach and her crotch..awk. Let her get it.
• Some people are savages...if you want to yell at them about their dignity..well..maybe don't.
• Despite all the gross craziness, it will become one of your favorite memories.
