Go put on a pair of old man grandpa glasses and breathe.

Life is a rollercoaster. A serious one at that, but honestly, would we want it any other way? I think not. When sadness comes around it is really just a blessing in disguise. It gives us an opportunity to rely on something bigger than oursleves, it helps us to look at things from different perspectives, hear other peoples advice and expereinces they have gone through, and above all-strengthens us. Sadness is not always the most sought after feelinig, but it is apart of life and helps us to be grateful for happiness and cherish it when we have it. The occasional tear (or possibly even a thousand of them) may be present, but tears are words that can't always be spoken. But, there comes a time when the sadness ends, and reality attempts to set back in. It may take time, and a whole lot of faith and hope, but you can't be sad for forever. You actually probably can, but  when you have the choice, what is the point of keeping that glum and painful feeling around for longer than necessary? You just have to stop, take a breath, and know that everything happens for a reason and when it is supposed to. With that knowlege it is easier to attempt to get back to happiness.
